Milford is a great shopping centre based around the former seaside settlement famous for it's Saturday night dances at the Pirate Ship dance hall. With close to 300 businesses in the district, we're sure we have something for everyone. From cafes and boutique clothing stores, specialty cheese stores through to hardware stores, Milford really does cover it all. You'll find a full list of the businesses within Milford's centre on our business directory
As well as being an excellent shopping destination, Milford also has an exciting future ahead. The development of Milford streetscape and business areas to accommodate a sustainable population growth in the area is planned for the next 30 years. These developments look to both enhance the area whilst still keeping the strong Milford identity. Keep an eye out for the changes happening around Milford!
There are lots of reasons to head to Milford this summer; our annual Pirate Market Day, the Vive La France festival, to check our wonderful beach cafes and restaurants, or for a spot of shopping. Don't miss out on experiencing our fantastic town this summer.
